"With the testing and challenging weather, I had to be prepared, mentally and physically to teach an engaging lesson inside to my students or take them outside and install a complex mural in a matter of minutes of decision.  I was ready for any scenario any given day. When I came in in the morning I was not exactly sure what I would be teaching that day but was prepared with an army of ideas and materials for anything. If it was sunny I was taking a class out with me, if it was not that class was staying in, a decision decided in the few minute gap between classes. I was on my toes at all points in the day, and it was exhausting but so worth it.
